Every Easter the Rotary Club of Yarram holds the annual Easter Art Show with more than 250 paintings on show and for sale. Held in the beautiful Regent Theatre, visitors to Yarram are able to browse through the displays each day and purchase pieces they like.

The Art Show is the major fund raiser for the local Rotary club with all the funds raised going to help local charities, volunteer groups, schools and special community projects. Make a visit to the Art Show one of the must do’s while you are in Yarram enjoying the many festivities and events happening over the Easter week-end.

About the Art Show

The Rotary Easter Art Show is a predominantly realist Art Show with sections for a variety of mediums. It is held at the Regent Theatre in the centre of the town and attracts well over 2,000 viewers each year.

Paintings submitted are for sale and the sales are generally considered well above average for a regional Art Show. Entries are received each year from all over the State and as far afield as Queensland.

The Rotary Easter Art Show Opening Night is one of the town’s social occasions and is held on the evening of Good Friday beginning at 7:30pm at the Regent Theatre. Over finger food and drinks, patrons have the opportunity to view the paintings, hear the Judge’s decisions and purchase works of art.
